Terms & Conditions – International Immigration

Welcome to International Immigration, based in Kalyan, Mumbai. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before enrolling.

1. Scope of Services

We provide the following non-visa services:

  • Student counseling and guidance for higher education abroad
  • Assistance with university/college applications and document submission
  • Language coaching (IELTS, TOEFL, German, French, etc.)
  • SOP (Statement of Purpose) and LOR (Letter of Recommendation) preparation
  • Career guidance and counseling for academic planning
  • Note: We do not offer visa filing, visa advisory, or any immigration-related legal services.

2. Payment Terms

  • Clients must pay Registration Fees, Processing Fees, and Coaching Fees as agreed at the time of enrollment.
  • Fees must be paid before the commencement of services.
  • Third-party charges such as university application fees, exam fees, coaching material charges, or language test registration fees are separate and must be paid directly by the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must submit accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents.
  • International Immigration is not responsible for delays, rejections, or negative outcomes caused by incomplete, incorrect, or late submissions by the client.
  • All final decisions regarding admissions, exam results, scholarship approvals, or language test outcomes lie solely with respective institutions or authorities. We do not guarantee admissions or results.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All website content, including text, logos, graphics, and materials, is the exclusive property of International Immigration.
  • No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
  • Unauthorized usage may lead to termination of access and legal action.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Our services are provided on a best-effort, guidance-based model.
  • We are not liable for losses arising from actions or decisions of third parties such as universities, exam bodies, or service providers.
  • We are not responsible for any changes in policies, academic guidelines, or external circumstances beyond our control.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are governed strictly by our Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

7. Communication Consent

    By using our services, clients consent to receiving updates and information via:

  • Phone calls
  • SMS
  • WhatsApp messages
  • Email

8. Dispute Resolution

  • All disputes will first be addressed through mutual discussion and arbitration. Failing resolution, the matter shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court, Thane (Maharashtra, India).

Refund & Cancellation Policy – International Immigration

Effective Date: 01/08/2025

At International Immigration, we value transparency and fairness. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the circumstances under which clients may request refunds.

1. Coaching / Language Training Fees

  • 100% refund if a student cancels before attending 3 sessions.
  • After attending 3 or more sessions, coaching fees become non-refundable.

2. Study Abroad Counseling & Enrollment

  • Clients who withdraw within 10 days of enrollment are eligible for a 100% refund of Registration & Processing Fees (excluding third-party costs).
  • After 10 days, standard refund rules apply.

3. Registration & Processing Fees

    If a client decides to discontinue services:

  • A 20% refund of Registration + Processing Fees will be provided.
  • The remaining balance will be retained to cover administrative and consultancy costs.
  • Note: Since visa services are not offered, visa-related refund clauses do not apply.

4. Non-Refundable Components

These fees are strictly non-refundable:

  • University/College application fees
  • Exam registration fees (IELTS, TOEFL, etc.)
  • Charges paid directly to third-party service providers
  • Coaching materials once issued

5. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to our official company address.
  • Supporting documents (if applicable) must be attached.
  • Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 30 working days from the date of approval.

6. Cancellation by Client

  • Clients may cancel their enrollment anytime by submitting a written request.
  • Refund eligibility will follow this policy.

7. Cancellation by Company

  • If we are unable to continue services due to internal reasons (not related to third-party or external conditions), clients may receive a full or partial refund at our discretion.

8. Dispute & Legal Jurisdiction

  • All disputes will first go through arbitration in Thane, Maharashtra. If unresolved, legal matters will fall under the jurisdiction of District Court, Thane (Maharashtra).

    We implement:

  • Secure storage systems
  • Restricted data access
  • Encryption and internal safety protocols to protect your information against unauthorized access.

4. Sharing of Information

    Your information is shared only with:

  • Educational institutions (with your consent)
  • Coaching/exam bodies (if required)
  • Internal staff responsible for processing your services
  • We never sell or misuse client data.

5. Communication Consent

    By enrolling with us, you agree to receive:

  • Emails
  • WhatsApp messages
  • SMS alerts
  • Phone calls
  • Related to your ongoing services.

6. Data Retention

  • Your information will be stored only as long as required for operational, legal, and compliance purposes.

7. Your Rights

    You may request:

  • Access to your personal data
  • Correction of inaccurate data
  • Deletion of stored information (subject to service records and legal requirements)

8. Legal Compliance

  • Any dispute under this Privacy Policy will be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of District Court, Thane (Maharashtra).
